"Of course, all this progress was only possible due to a strong foundation of digital connectivity.  Due to Prime Minister Modi's eyesight for Digital India has made huge progress.  Low-cost smartphones, combined with cheap data, and also a world-class telecom infrastructure, have paved the way for new opportunities," he explained.
